State of the art machinery and craftsmanship
Our qualified operators are supported by state-of-the-art equipment in both of our fabrication sites. The workshops are equipped with the highly advanced machinery. By continuing to invest in innovation – and automation in particular – we are able to manufacture more efficiently, and therefore maintaining our competitive edge.
Our experienced technicians are experts in the field of welding and metal fabrication. For instance, our welders are qualified to perform critical welding operations in even the most difficult positions and conditions.
On top of that, VDL KTI has all the possibilities in-house to handle an entire project from start to finish :
Postweld heat treatment (PWHT) facilities are available as well as all required non-destructive examinations (NDE) . In order to meet the requirements for surface treatment, separate indoor facilities are available for grit-blasting, coating and painting.
